Each item is made especially for you once your order is placed, helping us reduce overproduction and create products more responsibly. Because of this made-to-order process, we ask customers to carefully review sizing, colours, and product details before purchasing.

If There’s a Problem With Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Returns & Exchanges

As our products are custom made to order, we currently only accept returns or replacements for:

  • Damaged items

  • Faulty products

  • Incorrect items received

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Colour preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

We strongly recommend checking our sizing guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
