What Is Jolly July?
Jolly July is a 30-day no-compromise weight loss and lifestyle challenge that focuses on cutting out the junk and resetting your system. This isn’t about fads—it’s about fuelling your body right and allowing it to do what it does best: repair, restore, and thrive.

This challenge is open to all, but please consult a doctor or qualified expert before engaging in any new diet or exercise regime.
Hydration is the Hero
We’re making water the centrepiece of this journey. Flush your system. Hydrate your cells. Boost your metabolism. Say goodbye to sugary drinks and alcohol—just pure water and lots of it.
Goal: Aim for 2.5 to 3 litres of water daily. Carry a bottle. Sip regularly. Set reminders if needed.
The Food Rules – Eat Clean, Eat Smart
Let’s keep it simple. For 30 days, we follow a strict food protocol:
✅ YES to:
Fresh vegetables (as many as you like)
Lean meats (chicken breast, turkey, white fish)
Sauces made from tomato, olive oil, lemon, herbs, and spices
Natural fats in moderation (olive oil, avocado)
🚫 NO to:
Sugar or sugary foods
Bread, wraps, pasta, or rice
All flour-based products
Alcohol of any kind
Processed junk or cheat meals
This is about discipline—not deprivation. Within a week, you’ll feel lighter, your face less bloated, and those cheekbones will start to pop!
The Daily Movement Plan – Simple Yet Effective
You don’t need a gym. Just a mindset.
Morning Routine:
10 Sit-Ups
10 Press-Ups
10 Leg Raises
M.U.S.T. Fit® Sports Spirit
Daily Goals:
Walk 10,000 steps
Use stairs going up (Lift is okay on the way down)
Don’t sit or stand in one place for more than an hour
For every hour of inactivity, walk for 5 minutes
