All prices displayed on mustfitsports.com are shown in the currency applicable at checkout. Any delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted and is being processed for fulfilment.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where payment cannot be authorised, where a product is unavailable, or where there is an obvious pricing or product information error.

Many M.U.S.T. Fit® Sports products are produced especially for you after your order is placed. This made-to-order approach helps us reduce unnecessary overproduction.

Our estimated UK delivery time is approximately 14 business days. This normally consists of around 7 business days for production and order processing and around 7 business days for transit and delivery.

UK standard shipping is £6.50 for the first item plus £1.50 for each additional item. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Consumers may notify us that they wish to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving the goods and then have a further 14 days to return them. Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, subject to the consumer's right to inspect the goods.

Customers are responsible for return postage for unwanted items. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact tony@mustfitsports.com.

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and the manufacturing process.

Product availability may change without notice. Because many of our products are produced on demand, minor variations may occur between individual items.

M.U.S.T. Fit® and associated registered designs, logos, branding, graphics and other intellectual property used on this website are owned by or licensed to McReynolds Universal Sports Tech Ltd, unless otherwise stated.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when a contract was formed, or for business losses arising from purchases made by consumers for personal use.

We do not guarantee that our website will always be available or completely free from errors or interruptions, although we will take reasonable steps to maintain its operation and security.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections and rights available to you under the laws applicable where you live.
