PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES

Many M.U.S.T. Fit® Sports products are made especially for you after an order has been placed.

As a general guide, please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production and order processing, followed by additional time for shipping and delivery.

Delivery times vary according to the destination, product availability, production location and shipping provider.

International orders may take longer, particularly where customs clearance is required.

All delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

ORDER FULFILMENT

M.U.S.T. Fit® Sports is operated by McReynolds Universal Sports Tech Ltd, the retailer responsible for your order.

Many of our products are produced and fulfilled through our production partner, Printful.

Depending on the product, availability and delivery destination, orders may be produced and dispatched from different fulfilment locations.

Producing products on demand rather than in bulk helps us reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and could arrive on different dates.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

International orders may be subject to customs checks, import duties, local taxes or other charges depending on the destination country.

Where these charges are not included or collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

Any additional customs or import charges are determined by the relevant authorities in the destination country.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If your order is delayed, damaged during delivery, missing or delivered incorrectly, please contact our customer support team.

We will investigate the issue and work with our fulfilment and delivery partners to arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your consumer rights.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Customers wishing to cancel or return an eligible order should refer to our published Refund Policy.

For eligible online purchases, customers generally have 14 days after receiving their goods to notify us of cancellation, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.

For unwanted items, customers are responsible for return postage. This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
