RETURNS & REFUNDS

At M.U.S.T. Fit® Sports, we want you to be confident when ordering from us.

14-DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD

For eligible online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. After notifying us, you then have 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You may inspect or try on an item as you would reasonably do in a shop.

RETURN SHIPPING

For unwanted items, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at tony@mustfitsports.com so we can arrange the appropriate solution.

PERSONALISED OR CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Certain personalised or custom-made products may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights.

REFUNDS

Once an eligible return has been received and checked, we will process the appropriate refund. Where a refund is due, we will process it within 14 days in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel an eligible online order, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law, including any applicable standard delivery charges.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account after it has been processed.
